Revlon Ultra HD: Matte Lipsticks Review

Welcome back! So today I have a review of the new Revlon Ultra HD: Matte Lipsticks. These six colors were NOT easy to find. I had to go to four different stores to get all six but I have to say they are worth it!

Seduction is by far my FAVORITE out of the six. It is a perfect nude color and very pigmented. I only had to apply it once for the perfect coverage. It does have a slight fruity fragrance but I don't notice it once it is on.

Love is a very bright red. Out of all of them this color is my least favorite. It is pretty but you need multiple coats for full coverage and you have to let it dry before applying another coat. I am fine with doing two coats to get full coverage but this required more than that.

Devotion is my second favorite color. I did need two coats with this one but the mauve color is perfect especially for the fall. This one also has a slight scent to it but nothing that is overbearing.

Obsession is a dark hot pink. This is very pigmented as you can tell from the swatch above. It only needs one coat. This will beautiful in the spring and summer.

 Addiction is the darkest color in this line. Like Love it need multiple coats for the color payoff. This color is a little more flattering on me versus Love so I will probably keep this. The color though is beautiful once it is built up.

Temptation is a bright pink. It is similar to Obsession but a few shades lighter. It does have a fruity scent but again nothing that is overbearing and unwearable. It needed one and a half coats since the first layer was a little patchy.

Overall I was VERY impressed with this line! If you are only looking to get one color then I would hands down get Seduction which of course was the one I had the hardest time finding. 

One warning that I do have with these are they are NOT what I would call a liquid lipstick where it dries down and doesn't go anywhere for the rest of the day. This line doesn't completely dry down and they do wear off as the day goes on but it does leave a stain on the lips.
